About Us
We believe that everyone has a "Next Level" no matter where they are in life. There is certain percentage of the population that WANTS and NEEDS to take things to the Next Level. We don't define what that Next Level is for each person (although we certainly can offer some suggestions if warranted). We help each person FIND what that Next Level is and coach them towards its achievement. Sometimes people know exactly what their Next Level is but need guidance, support and resources to achieve it. Other people need help getting clarity in order to move forward. Either way, there seems to be this persistent nagging feeling that they should be and could be doing more in their lives or in specific areas of their lives. We work with this feeling of "stuckness" (such a horrible feeling for sure !). Our coaching program is uniquely designed for those who are more spiritually oriented or wish to be. We use spiritual concepts as frameworks for understanding and spiritual tools to move out of "stuckness" and into empowerment.

What We Do

We infuse spiritual concepts and practices into the coaching program for a deeper understanding of the concerns being presented. This allows us to offer different (and in our opinion, more effective and comprehensive) tools to enable shifts to occur. We also rely heavily on Law of Attraction principles to understand the old stories that have been created, and to actively create new ones, which would be... the ones we want !

Who We Coach |
We coach people who are focused on personal and spiritual development, people who want to access their creativity, people who want to live more wholeheartedly and holistically, people who want to live out their purpose, people who want to feel more in control of their emotions, people who want to develop a spiritual practice, people who want genuine reciprocal relationships, people who are moving towards self actualization, people who are focusing on a particular blockage or healing issue(s)that has been holding them back and they wish to resolve it.
